Cualquier persona que desee acceder y/o suscribirse, para poder usar el Sitio o los Servicios podrá hacerlo sujetándose a los Términos y Condiciones Generales y las Políticas de Privacidad, junto con todas las demás políticas y principios que rigen impacto.com.pe y que son incorporados al presente directamente o por referencia o que son explicados y/o detallados en otras secciones del Sitio. En consecuencia, todas las visitas y todos los contratos y transacciones que se realicen en este Sitio, así como sus efectos jurídicos, quedarán regidos por estas reglas y sometidos a la legislación aplicable en Perú.

Un cliente de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. puede dejar de serlo por determinación de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. y sin requerir una expresión de causa. Los distribuidores o clientes de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. aceptan la presente política comercial y de distribución con el sólo hecho de comprar y/o recibir una factura o boleta de Importaciones Impacto S.A.C.

Productos y Precios

Los precios y productos ofrecidos en www.impacto.com.pe no son necesariamente las mismas que ofrezcan otros canales de venta, utilizados por Importaciones Impacto S.A.C., tales como tiendas físicas, publicidad televisada (TV), catálogos u otros, a menos que se señale expresamente en este sitio o en la publicidad que realice Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. para cada promoción, hasta el momento de recibir una solicitud de compra, la cual sólo obligará a Importaciones Impacto S.A.C. a partir del momento en el que habiéndose verificado el cumplimiento de las condiciones de validación, es decir haya formado el consentimiento entre las partes de una determinada transacción (conformidad de pago).

Los precios y productos en este sitio, se encuentran vigentes únicamente mientras aparezcan en la página de www.impacto.com.pe pudiendo modificar cualquier información contenida en este sitio y sin previo aviso.

Los precios de los productos ofrecidos en el sitio están expresados en dólares americanos, y moneda nacional ( sol ) . Los precios ofrecidos corresponden exclusivamente al valor del producto ofrecido (Inc. IGV) y no incluyen gastos de transporte, manejo, envío, accesorios que no se describan expresamente ni ningún otro ítem adicional.

Es posible que cierto número de productos ofrecidos en nuestra página web o a través de nuestras redes sociales puedan tener un precio incorrecto, el monto correcto a pagar se verá reflejado en su carrito de compras antes de proceder a efectuar el pago (checkout débito o crédito deposito o trasferencia ). En caso un producto se exceda de la cantidad permitida, el pedido será detenido por un lapso de tiempo que la empresa crea conveniente con el fin de coordinar con el cliente y/o comprador, el tiempo de reposición del stock para completar su pedido. Si éste fuera cancelar el pedido, el cual ya fue pagado con tarjeta de crédito y/o débito, se efectuará el extorno dentro del plazo que estime la entidad bancaria correspondiente.

Los productos, colores, marcas y modelos están sujetos a disponibilidad de stock en la tienda online, no habrá lugar a reclamos por una elección errónea del color de un producto. La información entregada por www.impacto.com.pe respecto a configuraciones de productos o su desempeño funcional es de carácter referencial. Es responsabilidad del distribuidor o cliente validar las configuraciones de los productos que compra y asegurarse que el desempeño funcional de los mismos cumpla con los requerimientos específicos de cada caso.

Stock

www.impacto.com.pe se encarga de la actualización de la página y la revisión constante de los productos y/o accesorios que se exhiben en el sitio, no obstante, www.impacto.com.pe puede modificar y descontinuar los productos y/o servicios en cualquier momento sin contraer ninguna responsabilidad frente a El Usuario.

www.impacto.com.pe no garantiza un stock mayor al stock mínimo de 02 ( dos ) unidades de sus productos durante el proceso de despacho. Los productos agotados no se exhibirán en la web y no podrán ser encontrados en el buscador de nuestra página web.

Conforme a ello, www.impacto.com.pe se reserva el derecho de no aprobar la solicitud de compra y en consecuencia de no despachar un producto si este no cuenta con el stock solicitado. Toda solicitud de compra que se realice a través de www.impacto.com.pe será validada según stock de producto, precio, datos del cliente y datos del medio de pago. En caso alguna de estas validaciones diera negativo, no se procederá a la atención de la solicitud de compra, notificándose al Cliente dicho rechazo vía correo electrónico (indicado por el Cliente durante el proceso de registro en el sitio) o vía telefónica si fuera necesario, dentro de los 4 (cuatro) días útiles siguientes a la fecha de ingreso de la solicitud de compra.

Plazos de entrega

Realizada la compra, nuestros plazos de entrega serán como máximo 4 días hábiles una vez efectuada la cancelación de su pedido en nuestras cuentas corrientes, esto es lo correspondiente a las entregas en la ciudad de lima metropolitana. Y en relación de nuestros envíos a provincia el tiempo será como máximo 4 días hábiles hasta la entrega en la agencia de trasporte que usted haya seleccionado.

Se le enviara vía correo electrónico o celular solo en el caso de los envíos a provincia la guía de remisión de la agencia correspondiente que usted haya seleccionado.

Nuestros medios de entrega de los productos adquiridos en www.impacto.com.pe son:

Envíos delivery.- Envíos con unidades motorizadas y móviles en lima y sus distritos en mencionados en nuestra página web.
Envíos a provincia.- Enviamos por medio de las agencias de trasporte elegidos por nuestros clientes.
